who I work with
I work with small business owners and creative professionals who know exactly what they're building but need a website that actually reflects it. Maybe you've outgrown your current site, or maybe you're starting from scratch and don't want to look like you just launched yesterday. Either way, you need something clean, strategic, and built to grow with your business.
Most of my clients are service providers, consultants, photographers, agencies, and small teams who want a strong online presence without the bloated agency price tag or the frustration of trying to DIY it. You care about doing things right, you value straight talk, and you're ready to invest in a site that actually pulls its weight.
I'm based in Brooklyn and work with clients all over the country. Projects usually wrap in 2–6 weeks depending on what you need, and I keep things moving—no ghosting, no endless revision rounds, no waiting weeks just to get a reply.
Background: I spent 15 years in corporate marketing working with brands like Sundance, Tribeca, and Kickstarter before walking away to build websites the way I knew they should be built. I grew up helping run my mom's small business and went to film school at NYU, so I understand both the strategic side and the scrappy, make-it-work reality of running a business. No corporate nonsense, just smart strategy and solid execution.
how I work
I'm not here to upsell you on features you don't need or bury you in jargon. Every project starts with a free consultation where we talk through your brand, what's working, what's not, and what you actually need from a website.
From there, we build a clear plan: strategy, timeline, what you're providing, what I'm handling. I take care of the technical work, you stay involved where it matters, and we check in regularly so there are no surprises at launch.

- Build & Launch: I build it, you review it, we refine, and go live
If your project needs photography, branding, or other creative work, I either bring in people I trust or handle it directly through my photography brand, Ry Marie Images.
